At The Tote Works, responsibility is not an add-on. It is part of how we work and part of our heritage at Rocket Products. It is built into every decision, every partnership and every tote.
We believe in well made totes, honest supply chains and doing right by the people who make them. Shortcuts might be quick, but they are never good.
People First
Craftsmanship starts with people, and people deserve dignity, safety and respect. We work closely with our long standing manufacturing partners to make sure everyone involved in producing our totes is treated fairly. That means:
Every partner must pass strict international audits, along with our own internal checks. If a supplier falls short, we work with them to put things right or we step away.
This approach is not new. It is how Rocket Products has operated for more than 30 years and it is how The Tote Works moves forward.

Responsible Manufacturing

These checks ensure every tote is made in safe, fair and environmentally responsible conditions.
We assess modern slavery risks, chemical and material risks and overall ethical compliance through detailed supplier questionnaires and declarations. We operate a zero tolerance approach to forced labour or unethical practices.
We encourage all staff to speak up if something does not look right. Responsibility is everyone’s job.

- Review suppliers for social responsibility and modern slavery risks.

- Require safe working conditions, dignity and respect across all partners

Environmental Responsibility
Good totes should not cost the earth. We know manufacturing has an impact, so we work to reduce it wherever we can.
Through Rocket Products, we have partnered with Earthly to become a Climate Positive company, removing 110 percent of our footprint. That includes freighting emissions, which we also offset to Climate Positive levels.
